The Brief

With new restaurants opening all the time recruitment is very important to Las Iguanas. They originally approached Olice in 2008 to create a recruitment video to be distributed on a mini DVD complete with multi language application forms and links to web pages. However with excellent new additions to the team Las Iguanas felt it was time to update the video with new footage.

The Solution

The Olice team filmed interviews and busy services in London and Leeds, ensuring that disruption was kept to a minimum so service could continue around us. We cut the footage together to create a fast paced five minute video that reflects the fast, fun atmosphere. The video promotes Las Iguanas’ incentives and training programs but also shows that the work is hard and only those that can take the pace need apply.

The Result

The video is now available on their website and is being given out on interactive DVDs. HR manager Angela Da Silver says ‘We are delighted with our new recruitment video as it really shows what we are all about at Las Iguanas. It was great that you were also able to capture those little moments... It really showed that you were as passionate about getting the message across as we are (which is saying something)!’
